  • Job Type:
    Full-time, Salary-based

    Qualifications/Candidate Requirements:
    - 7-10 years of 3-story, 4-story, 5-story, wrap & podium multifamily experience
    - Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degree required
    - Manage and coordinate 2-3 projects at a time and ensure the most efficient administrative and technical execution of Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Document phases.
    - Actively communicate with clients, consultants, and city officials to complete scope of work
    to completion.
    - Complete knowledge of construction documents and permit set submittal process
    - Complete knowledge of Construction Type I, III, and V
    - Complete knowledge of IBC, CBC, FHA and ANSI 117
    - Goal-oriented, sense of ownership, willingness to excel and encourage
    - Positive supervision and training of technical staff
    - Excellent communication, organizational and collaborative skills
    - Assist PM 2 or Principal reviewing RFIs and Submittals during Construction Service phase.
    - Proficiency in AutoCad/Revit, MS Office & Teams, Bluebeam required

    Benefits:
    - $85,000 - $100,000 annual salary

    - Proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suites, and Autocad required.

    - Passionate about Design with motivation to excel
    - Excellent communication skills
