Located on the historic site of the West Coast’s oldest Ford assembly plant, this visionary project reimagined the space as one of the Bay Area’s largest apartment communities—strategically designed to support seamless commuting from Richmond to downtown San Francisco. Although challenging geotechnical conditions ultimately prevented the project from moving forward, STK was honored to be selected to compete for this high-profile opportunity.
