TEC 2 is a one-of-a-kind rehabilitation facility that combines counseling services with on-site residential accommodations. The upper floors provide spaces where participants can live, work, and focus on recovery in a supportive environment. Upon completing the program, residents transition to Marvel Way 1 and 2 — affordable housing communities located just across the street. Serving as the new headquarters for The Empowerment Center, TEC 2 completes the vision for a continuum of care and housing along Marvel Way in Reno.
